Take a Bow is an original RPG set in modern time in the fictional town of Clearwater, MA. The town itself was established in 1799, and is proud of it's rich, colorful history. While the town may seem perfectly organized and life may seem simple, it's not. In 1850, two girls were found, bound and strangled, in the Clearwater Hotel. The crimes were never solved, and the police couldn't link the two cases together in any way. Years passed and everyone eventually forgot about the brutal crime.
But now, it appears as though a copy-cat killer is at work. Two girls were found in the hotel again, killed in the exact fashion as the others were so many years ago. The small town is petrified with fear, and the killer remains at large. So, will you decide to steer clear of Clearwater or take your chances and settle down here? The choice is all yours.

The Story
Over 800 years ago large wolf like beings roamed the soils of this earth. They were feared by the Indians of the land, but also worshiped for their strengths and abilities. The Indians gave them sacrifices from their sheep flocks and cow herds. The wolves accepted them, leaving alone the villages and people, but a new threat soon came.
White men were invading the lands and taking over everything. This angered the wolves and they began killing all on sight, but little the wolves knew of the weapons they had. Instead of running and fearing the wolves, they began to hunt them. They used guns and knives, something the wolves had never seen before, so they vanished into the woods. There they evolved, turning from Werewolves to Lycans. They were able to keep their human forms and were able to live among the people of the world, but the time they chose to re-emerge was one of the worst. Talk of witchcraft and magic was spreading, and how all who possessed it were to be burned.
The lycans feared for their lives, so they stayed hidden and secluded. Slayers were being trained to hunt down the unholy creatures of this world, but to the lychons relief they were spared. They had been forgotten, but it wasn't long until they were once again discovered. The people of the villages began to fear the night and the Slayers began to hunt the lycans. Most thought they could not hold human form, but it was soon learned they could and killings of lycans in their human forms began to be reported.
The Slayers began to hunt the lycans as their main creature and their race began to disappear. Many Slayers appeared at night, when a lycan had no choice but to change into the wolf-like creatures. With fear once again striking them, they ran into the forests and hid away from the world.
The emerged once more, able to keep human form and change at will; but different conditions had different effects on the lycans, so clans began to form. The clans were separated by jealousy and hatred for each other. The clans began to fight and feud over who was better. Their war raged on for years in the silence of the night. Eventually all hunting for those of the dark arts stopped – the Slayers went into a state of dormancy, waiting till the return of the Lycans. The Lycans again began killing off flocks and herds, but with the disappearances and strange noises of them fighting in the night the Slayers soon returned. They were better equipped and with more knowledge of their species. An all out war broke out between the races, one against the other.
Throughout time the two have fought and many have been killed, generations of father and son have taken their places in the war, but the lycans still feud with each other, killing off each other along with the Slayers. As time passed the lycans had to go into secrecy, living away and in secrecy. The slayers began to create new weapons, one in particular they have used like drugs.Once injected this serum turns a lycan normal, and once their powers are gone the slayers force them into their school, and use them to learn more about the clans. In today’s world they still walk among us, along with Slayers, but with a new school that trains the Slayers, and The Lycan clans becoming more aggressive from the temptations of today, will the lycan race be able to survive? Who will be left standing in the end?

heathington, academy of the arts: located in hertfordshire (just north of london), it is one of the most prestigious art schools in the world. from graphic designing to visual arts to dancing or theatre, heathington academy offers every art you could imagine, with only the best teachers teaching these classes. naturally, only the best teenage artists school here, but accompanying these teenagers includes drama and social ladders. curfew is at nine and you must be on your best behavior, but . . .
A little rivalry is always fun, but take two top notch schools and squeeze them into one, and you may have a problem. Fenway High was one of the best private schools a student could attend. It had the best teachers, the best clubs, and a lot of money. If you didn’t go there, chances were you wanted too. Everett was close behind, with the best teachers and clubs, although it wasn’t the richest school. If you didn’t have a lot of money, you probably went to Everett.
The two schools hated each other, and it had always been that way. The two founders were sworn enemies, and opening two schools around the same time was not the best idea to better the friendship. They were competitive in everything, from debate competitions to how much money they had. The students were no different, most having only the strongest hatred for the other. This rivalry wasn’t innocent at all.
After a tragic accident, resulting in the complete burning down of Everett, the two schools are forced into one. Everett students had to go to school, and the closest and biggest one was Fenway. It was definitely not the best idea, but it was the only choice the schools had. This year would be tough, with the top dogs battling it out to keep their cushioned thrones, the freshmen trying to make a name for themselves, and the new students stuck in the middle of chaos. Would the students be able to make it? Only time will tell. This is definitely rivalry at its best.

`HERO & HEROINE `cunningham academy: welcome to your heaven.
For some, it is a dream to go to a private-boarding school. Anyone who’s anyone would to go to one. To live on their own without any parents on their backs, to fend for themselves, to live their lives without any responsibility.
Welcome to Cunningham Academy. An Academy free from parents, siblings, and just overall family life. Think of this place as your own private Neverland. The brochure says that Cunningham Academy is the most top rated school in the country, with its highly-urbanized campus, its advanced academic program, and its excellent programs in music and sports. The school only selects the best of the best as it is expected to do so by most parents who send their kids here. To go to Cunningham is more of a privilege than a punishment, as most kids are left here by their parents to learn and become better people, but what they don't know is that they are actually sending their kids to a kid's heaven. A place where they can run free and just be themselves.
I guess they were actually right when they said parents just don't understand. But then again, there will always be those heroes and heroines who decide to be different. To break out of the Cunningham Academy stereotype. To be something different. The actually not stick to the status quo. Will you be the certain hero or heroine to break the curse?
Element of the Equine « Result #9 on Jun 13, 2008, 11:14pm »
In the long sweet days of birth and beginning, four nations of the horse stood together. Each nation was beloved of an element: each horse had the power of fire, air, earth or water surging through it’s veins. And the nations lived together in the arms of peace, and it was good.
But if all good things lasted, what would our characters do?
Each nation had in their keeping a stone that controlled their elemental magic. The root and heart of everything lay in those rocks. The horses knew if the four stones were brought together, the fusion would birth a magic of unholy strength empowering one nation - and depleting all others.
Over time alliances crumbled. A creeping rot of mistrust grew between the nations. Each day quarrels and skirmishes burst forth. Every unknown horse became an enemy. The nations watched each other with hardening eyes, and kept constant watch over their stones.
And then one day without warning - as suddenly as a heartbeat - the air stone had been broken and it’s nation destroyed. The horses of the air fell as one to the ground, and even as their dying screams spread on the wind the surviving nations tumbled into battle. They knew no horse could break the stone of it’s own element. In their rage, in their shock and their grief, what else mattered but vengeance? And what could protect their own nation, but to find the scattered pieces of the air stone and bring the other stones together with it to create that fabled power with it’s terrifying promise? The nations fought on with no resolution; equal in battle as they once had been equal in peace, each certain that the others had brought about the fate of the air nation.
But as the story continues we find that nation not as dead as it seemed. The very fact that the air stone was in pieces instead of completely destroyed let the air king cling onto life and, sheltered by the queen of the earth, he slowly regained his health. And the tempestuous godlike spirit, the Great Pegasus, had snatched ten air horses from the jaws of death. Now he lets them loose on the world again, spurring them on to take revenge …
The nations tremble on the brink of war more furious and bloody than ever before. The fractured stone has been hidden again. And the only horse knowing the alliance of the one who smashed it is mute …

To whom it may concern,
It has been brought to our attention that you are ensnared by the boundaries of this world; a young person with abilities that no one seems to understand. We are sure you are wondering where your abilities come from and why you are the way you are. All of us, too, once wondered why we were different. It is a cause of the changing of the century; a push into the year two thousand five hundred. An epidemic, they call it. An outbreak of 'oddities', those with magickal powers that far outweigh any of those of normal humans. Furthermore, an outbreak of different species that the government has been trying to stifle. Sirens, Demons, Angels, Werewolves, Vampires, Elves; we know of their existence but continue to push them into the background.
This is why we are sending this letter, to inform you of an invitation. An invitation that may very well change your life forever. Included is information about our school, the offer of a lifetime. A chance to start fresh and take classes to hone in on your magickal powers and learn of your mythological backgrounds. Should you choose to accept, you will be offered a valuable education at no cost to your or your parents, should you still be in contact with them. The name of our school is Roseate Spires, and we will welcome you with open arms.
You will not find our school on any map or any website for, to the regular world, we do not exist. It is an incantation that will bring you here. There is no way to contact us other than coming here yourself. You are welcome to think over our invitation. If you choose to join us, gather your belongings and your courage and mutter the words enclosed in this letter. You shall be able to contact your parents, if you care to do so, and you can use the second incantation to visit them.
Upon your arrival you will be greeting me, Headmistress of Roseate Spires, and I will tell you everything you need to know. After learning enough about you, I shall assign you a Shadow; or animal familiar. Your Shadow will be based off of what I gather from your aura, and they will serve as your guide in your years here. Be careful with your Shadow, for if they are injured or killed, you will be as well. I hope this does not deter you, for I am very much looking forward to meeting you.
Now, the time has come to make your decision. Will you utter the incantation and join us, or burn this letter? The choice is yours.
